A problem when running run_reconstruction_brain.sh
When I ran run_reconstruction_brain.sh, an error happened:
ImportError: No module named stir
What should I do?
convert at least some scripts to Python
run_all.sh gives incorrect OSEM images for noise
As the non-MAP reconstructions are not re-run, OSEM (and other non-regularised recons) in the noise* folders are always the noiseless ones.
Python3 compatibility
we still have various places where we divide by 2, but should use //2 as we need an int
ScatterEstimation: Loading input projection data
Hello, I downloaded and installed the VM version of STIR, but when I try to run simulations I got this error. I researched for the error but there was no solutions. Can you help me about this error? I'm studying for a project for the thesis, so it's a little bit important. Thanks in advance.
check if FBP2D can use more threads
The scripts using FBP2D are still hard-wired to use 1 thread because of older problems. This work-around should now be disabled hopefully.
convert spyder notebooks to jupyter
add hint how to evaluate run_scatter_1.py to README
some images are small in the jupyter notebooks
best not to use 4 images in 1 row etc
add exercise on changing voxel size and noise
add exercise with anatomical prior
make exercise that shows how to create own scanner
README refers to line numbers for some Python scripts
those line numbers don't make sense for the jupyter notebooks
