If javafx.base is already present in the JRE image there's no point in downloading, and can't be updated.
To support updatable javafx.base module you shouldn't include it in the base image (but you lose the visual updater, there are ways around it, check out the docs at Integration with JLink).

Yep, ok, thanks for the reply. Could you help further? I can't find a setting so that I can set the name of the folders in the config, where to upload files, depending on their purpose. And yet, I do not quite understand how I can launch my application from the launcher. I can use Desctop.getDesctop().exec("") and will it work?
