Works for me. Did you forget the semi-colon at the end? /script ResetInstances();

I did not, the semicolon doesn't matter. When it's actually working, it works without it. When it doesn't work, it won't work with or without it.
ResetInstances(); works sometimes, but usually doesn't. If you keep the server up for days it stops working entirely until you turn it off/on again.
