Add task to clear Opcache about capistrano-wearerequired HOT 4 CLOSED

Updated task to work with WP-CLI Clear OPcache:

The capistrano task would only need to execute this WP-CLI command.

I think we should run this task only if set :wp_clear_opcache, true is set. This would avoid a failure during deploy if the plugin isn't installed.
