How to add the new task:

• Create /lib/capistrano/required_tools/capistrano.rb with load File.expand_path('../tasks/capistrano.rake', __FILE__)
• Create lib/capistrano/required_tools/tasks/capistrano.rake with the content of your task
• Add require "capistrano/required_tools/capistrano.rb" to the end of lib/capistrano/required_tools.rb
