R scripts for reporting and visualization

1. "fig*.R": Codes for making the figures in one of my PLoS One paper (http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0155637).

2. "bicluster_gplots.R": code for making a biclustering heatmap plot using "gplots".

3. "plot_table.R": code for making a coloful cross-table.

4. "Anova_Tukey_Qvalue.R": ANOVA model for each row of a large dataset, followed by TuKey HSD test for pair-wise comparisons and then multiple testing correction using Qvalue. Visulization using histograms.

5. "optimize_gene_expression.R": optimization procedure to select independent gene expression profiles that are correlated with a phenotype

6. "optimize_grs.R": optimization procedure to select a subset of SNPs whose genetic risk score is best correlated with a phenotype
