Stop shameful act (restarting youpin-bot every night) and implement refresh token when jwt token expires. 👍

Problems

FB Bot exposes only page-scoped user ID, while YouPin user is validated through FB app-scoped user ID. (Even though both are belonged to the same FB app)

In case that bot-youpin user mapping is not feasible (#38), a bot should ask for user's contact.

Aunt Youpin bot can suggest similar pin based on location, text, tags, etc. to reduce duplicated pins.

This can happen when the user adds a category in the pin description and chooses the same category again when asked. Even better if tags of the same meaning can be grouped into one: ฟุตบาท/ทางเท้า/footpath

In this example, "ทางเท้า" is shown again.

The user should not have to upload the photo again if his/her intention to report/pin is clear. The option "I can't read Thai" should still be available though.

When taking photos contain EXIF location, we can utilise it and stop asking location from the user.

We already have dev environment functioning for API and web.
