This code uses large R packages and datasets (>3GB of RAM needed)
Before the workshop, please prepare your laptop:

• Update R - you need to be running the most recent version (R 3.5.0 was released April 23, 2018)
• Update RStudio - the easiest way to use R
• Download this repository (see the Green button above) - you can download as a zip file and extract:
  • work through install_packages.R (located in the code/ folder) which includes updating your packages before the workshop.
