Selecting data points to inspect associated images / measurements

Very useful tool but when selecting data points in the interactive plot nothing happens when calling "Data to stack" or "Data to table" (beside a message in the Log window). However, clicking a single point correctly displays the corresponding image in the stack.

random dot colors

The color of the dots on repeat runs are different. Can the user choose the colors somehow, so that subsequent runs can be compared?
