current master doesn't build about omnibus-chef-server HOT 3 OPEN

I had to "patch" the following things to build current master 3fd1180:

• sed -i 's;command "make distclean".*;\0\n command "sed -i '\''s,github.com/esl/meck,github.com/eproxus/meck,'\'' rebar.config.lock";' config/software/erchef.rb

A focus on Chef 12 is the main blocker here. We have a to-do item to update to the latest omnibus, but it's not going to happen until Chef 12 ships and we have more bandwidth internally. Thanks for this report, as it will likely help in that process. The reason this hasn't hit us internally is that we make use of an extensive cache that keeps copies of all the software around, so our build system is able to find the settings you had to update @grobie.
