Remaining todo's:
- Review and add in Austria data if appropriate (asking contributor if they would like to be a package author)
- Clean up data-raw folder - is anything/everything being used here?
- Run devtools::release() and do everything it suggests:

spelling::check_spelling(+ add to package and update wordlist (see EpiNow2)) -

usethis::use_cran_comment()(and update with any notes etc).

One of the results of this fix is that you can no longer supply group variables to `complete()` (if you have a grouped data frame, `complete()` will work "within" each group so you shouldn't have access to them).
