Exact cause unknown.
de_dust2.bsp does not exhibit any issues when loading staticprop lump.
ze_illya_b2.bsp loads successfully with corrupted entries (sprp v10)
ze_bioshock_v6_3.bsp crashes with uncaught out of bounds error (sprp v10)

Both corrupted and oob errors need correcting, and errors need to be better handled.

Results obtained from decompressing bitvectors are wrong in the visibility lump. Using decompressed data results in incorrect visible cluster information being obtained, mostly resulting in missing clusters.

Gource-Engine exhibits the bug well in the Counterstrikse source map de_dust2
