Having the exact same problem.

Fresh install.
Disabled 2 factor while testing to make sure it is not part of the problem.

Also encountered same map error with 2FA disabled.

Back to trying it enabled and/or approving log in as trusted device via web which results in a 404 error on the refresh GET. Thinking there is a new device step going on here on Alarm-dotcom's side as this account and hardware worked on a prior homebridge install.

I have never had 2FA on my account and I started getting the exact same error. I thought maybe it was the sign in prompt causing the issue. So I set up the 2FA and the issue persisted. No workaround I can see.

Same for me. I used the WrapAPI version at my old house. Just installed a new system at my new house, set up this plugin, and I can’t get it to work with either 2FA on or off. I hope someone can get resolve the issue…I went with this system and Alarm.com because I of this plugin!

I’m not exactly sure if anything changed, but I just noticed that my alarm.com system is now showing up in Apple Home. I didn’t change anything.

This issue is normally caused by the plugin not being able to pull the system state if MFA is not setup properly. At this point, I recommend everyone turns on MFA since alarm.com seems to be forcing it for people. After that please make sure you follow the steps here to make sure MFA is setup with the plugin and report back.

Trying to install this plugin and getting the following errors;

COmmand for install:

Errors:
npm ERR! code ENOVERSIONS

Any ideas?

Good afternoon. I am a Homebridge newbie and a programming novice. I seem to have the alarm.com bridge installed and running on my HOOBS device. But every time I try to add it to Apple Home, it says "accessory not found." I've tried restarting the bridge, reinstalling the bridge, restarting Home, etc. Any suggestions?
