I see 502 from yesterday and I can't access my wallet
Is it under maintenance?
When will you recover?

Can someone please help! My wallet in particl. Says "WALLET_NEEDS_SCAN. and I now cannot access my funds. Particl. No longer supports BTC so I am trying to import my wallet from Particl. To Bitpay but it's says we cannot see you wallet on our servers . Is anyone else having the same problems? Is there some way to fix this and retrieve the funds?

When choosing the option "Send max amount" during the "Enter amount" page, and error would return:

Error at confirm

Error getting SendMax information

Add a flag to show or hide staked transactions as they tend to clutter the transaction history now.

I sendet my particl (2303.937part) to my copay adress. They never arrived.
But I found them on insight.
I don't know how I can cleim it from there to my copay wallet?!

If Samurai Wallet is installed it seems to prevent Particl Copay from working. My guess as to why is because Samurai wallet enables TOR by default on the phone, but I'm guessing only on some sockets, possibly the one Bitcoin uses, because other services work as before on Android. So I'm guessing because Particle is also using the bitcoin code base, and probably the same sockets, it causes some conflict and just hangs on the splash screen. Uninstalling Samurai Wallet solves this.

I ran into an issue on copay.

I’ve received funds from simpleswap and transferred one part of it to an address (1st tx).

Then I tried sending the rest of my funds (2nd tx) but received an error message on copay (mobile), saying, that „null is not an object (evaluation ‚this.rate.toFiat(satoshi, settings.alternativelsoCode, coin)toFixed‘).

I can see my balance on on the mobile version, but have 0 Part on desktop. Desktop also shows the same error message.

I can´t load any tx-history as well.

I can provide screenshots if needed.

• if possible, status bar color should be changed from the dark blue to our black-ish #192C3A (so it corresponds with the header bar with logo)
• hide the Next steps card, as it even doesn't work at all

Will this be temporary, what is exactly the cause of this issue? I'm reading to import to bit pay, but looks like then you loose it somehow in the block chain. Will you upgrade copay to support BTC again? Would highly appreciate if you do, because I don't want to looses all my BTC! This is unacceptable, as this wallet was/is recommended for BTC. @HenkSwardt??? Thx Tim

I've sent PART coins to my Copay Particl Wallet a few days ago but the balance is 0.00 and I can see this message: "Could not update transaction history". Does anybody know what I should do?

I've created a new btc wallet within copay. I transferred my btc from my old copay wallet to the newly created one.

After this Transaction (which has already been confirmed) i get the following error message.

Whats the deal behind that? It's frustrating that the Transaction gets somewhere lost!

How can this be fixed?

Particl Copay on Android 10 / Galaxy S10+ stopped showing USD value and transaction history.
This is also happening when the wallet is imported on a new fresh installed device.

• the "dots" representing PIN number (which should be between PIN and the keyboard) are missing => you can't see how much numbers is needed and/or how many have you already entered

I receive notifications when transactions are confirmed, but not when I receive part. I have my staking reward set up to go to my copay wallet, and it would be nice if a notification came along with that.

While latest git tag ang github release are for previous 5.5.0 version

Looks like code for this version exists in ratefix branch instead: https://github.com/particl/copay/tree/ratefix as the master branch contain code up to 5.5.0 version.

Make a new github release for the latest version, and push the commits to master branch as well.

I refreshed my Particl. Account and now it says "address needs scan" see below for the image. Not sure what to do. If any one could help, it would be much appreciated

on the particl copay app, it won't let me send funds to another wallet, after i add the recipient, theres red text that says "Please enter the amount"
I enter the amount, but the green box that says "Continue", remains unclickable.

sometimes, after entering the amount multiple times or closing and starting the app (i have no idea how to reproduce it) the green box is clickable (but it is clickable whether or not i have entered an amount) and after waiting a minute or two i get this page regardless if I inputted an amount

In the transaction history view, all staked transactions show up as moved, and foundation payout transactions show up as sent instead of staked

I just installed particl copay and had the impression the app is not loading since the intitial screen took very, very long until I was able to create or import a first wallet. Maybe a message that particl copay is still synchronising or whatever would be helpful.

Then when I created a new wallet and got reminded on the importance of backing up the seed, there came a message that not even bitpay could help to recover my wallet when my phone would get damaged or lost. I don't think we need to mention bitpay at this point.

The initial splash screen cointains the Particl and Copay logo in insufficient quality. The Copay logo is seems like enlarged bitmap (not sharp + weird edges).

• I suggest using our almost black background for this screen #192C3A
• I can prepare the vector (or hidpi bitmap) image for replacement, if needed

I scanned addresses for funds and now my wallet will not update or let me send coin, it shows an error message reading: WALLET_NEED_SCAN: Wallet needs address scan

On Settings > Particl Unit, there are two options: bits and PARTs. I would include mPART as well (no need to hide it).

I have imported (using recovery key) my wallet from Particl to Bitpay but Bitpay wallet shows no funds/BTC.

Are my funds lost or does it take time to see funds/BTC in Bitpay?

If I go back to particl app and use recovery phrase I can see my funds. Not sure what is happening.

Has particl lost/stolen my funds?? Why can't I see funds in new Bitpay wallet after import?
