teleporting off the rope in the camp crashes the game now, wondering why 🤔

Teleporting off a rope (or when hanging off an edge) means your player entity has to be removed from the items of the rope/block. This calls virtual Entity::remove_entity_ptr() which is not in the place it was before. The virtuals in entity seem to have been shuffled. Same reason why the Kill button does nothing and Destroy button crashes. Needs investigating.
