The issue whether the user should know when is the exact time change of theme in the user guide is a consideration by our team. Our decision was to mention it in the developer guide for code maintainers or developers as this is an implementation consideration and will is useful to developers and code maintainers not the users. For MyMods's users, the tip in the user guide is just to inform them that default theme is purposefully to be different at certain times of day and not to worry if it changes while they use it at different times of the day. And if they want, they can change it manually.
