DQL Task Query: Titled callouts cause a shift of results by one about obsidian-dataview HOT 2 OPEN

I can confirm the behaviour and expand on it:

• adding an empty first task returns all other tasks in the same callout
• however task completion is also faulty:
  • After completing a task from the query result all tasks below from the same callout disappear from the query result, the "completed" task stays visible, but doesn't have a checked box, although the text is striked through, a completion date and the Emoji shorthand are added if activated in the Dataview settings
  • Tasks cannot be "uncompleted" from the query results
  • In preview-mode a task can be unchecked in the callout, but keeps its completion date and emoji shorthand and upon looking at the markdown-text the box is still marked as completed [x]
  • In "reading-mode" a task can be checked/unchecked if the checkbox from the task above it from the same callout is clicked

Maybe it is not Dataview, but Obsidians handling of tasks in callouts that is broken?
