What & where is the SETTINGS file?

I have my robot running in Gazebo & all topics are working fine. I have also made the calibration file in .yaml format, but the problem is those two different camera calibration (left camera & right camera) file and not what is expected by ORB-SLAM. Can anyone please give me some leads on how to make the SETTINGS file from camera calibration data? Thanks

Update: I copied the EuRoC.yaml file and edited the contents according to my camera calibration files. Thank you.
