Probably, nao_speech.cfg( new name: naoqi_speech.cfg ) is not added in new repository.

You are right. The naoqi_speech.cfg got lost during the migration.
I just added it in ros-naoqi/naoqi_bridge@00262f9
To be consistent in naming, the nao_apps/nao_speech.py got modified as well in 35a6e15
Please run git pull on both repos and let me know if this solves your problem.
the nao_apps package is not well tested, so feel free to open other issue tickets or pull requests.
