Thanks for reporting this. Looks like freertps needs some love. The behavior might be a bit different depending on which side starts first. I would expect if the talker is running before the listener starts, it would work (since that what we showed in a demo, with a host-side listener and embedded stm32 talker), but it might have bit-rotted a bit recently.

confirmed: appears to work if i wait for the talker to start writing before starting the listener.

ok this should be fixed by 13adc4d now; no matter which side (talker / listener) is started first, the other side should send "catch-up" SEDP messages and establish the connection.
