I'm more proficient in C# than in VB.Net, so I don't mind that. Just make sure that the files aren't cluttered with all sorts of french comments and stuff, cause I'm really not good at that language... hehe.

The only french language is in the Français.xml file, no other file is cluttered with french stuff :).
If there is a french comment somewhere, it's a mistake, just let me now i will translate it in english.
Edit : An hour later, just got the joke. Not bad x)

Hi guys - I'm sorry I've been doing such a bad job of keeping up with things! I think we're all in agreement then, we'll go to C# :) I prefer C# as well and haven't really done any VB.net projects in years.

I don't know if this the best way to do it - I'm open to changing it if you guys prefer it another way. I created a new branch and pulled in Mograine's code (CSharp) and then I created another branch (vb-old). I made CSharp the default branch and then deleted the old master branch.
I don't see much point in maintaining both branches, but I figured there was no harm in keeping the old VB.net code. Anyway, please let me know if you'd rather we handle it a different way.
I'm also going to try and setup and automated deploy to the website this next weekend. I really appreciate the fixes everyone has been doing (and so do the users); but I haven't been doing a good job of pushing them to the site. If I can automated it/give a few contributors the ability I think it'll speed things along nicely.

For me it's good, you are right to keep the old VB.Net code, there is no interest to remove it entirely.
For the automatic deployment, i don't know if it's possible to automate the deployment since i think you use a Linux hosting and i don't know if we can compile the Bot using mono. I'll give a try this week.

I tried setting this up with AppVeyor - (never used it before). The continuous integration part works great and I can get the artefacts of the build in .zip file....but I haven't been able to get the deployment to work :( Hopefully this weekend I'll be able to track down what I've done wrong.

I just tried AppVeyor ( didn't know it before, thank you :)), you can deploy it easily with GitHub deployment, it create you a release that you can directly link on your website
You just need a Github token (created from here).
