It looks like it's missing an intersection? It looks specifically like a triangle on the sphere is being missed
With just triangle index 11:

Thought for some reason when looking at triangle index 10 it seems to include that triangle in the intersection set? How is that happening? Seems like a bug in the tri intersect function. Next step is to find the two indices of the triangles in each brush and get the triangle values so it can be tested.
